C. Practical details

‘Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. ’
3. Eco-responsible commitment (reminder of your values)
‘By cancelling in advance, you are helping us to limit our environmental footprint (travel, preparation of tastings). Thank you for your understanding!’
4. Postponement of visit
A. In case of bad weather
‘Truffle fields are sensitive natural environments. In case of heavy rain or soggy ground, we may have to postpone your visit to preserve the soil and your comfort.’
"You will be notified by email or telephone. A new date will be offered to you as a priority, subject to availability. "
B. Postponement at your initiative
‘If you wish to postpone your visit (outside the free cancellation period), please contact us. We will work with you to find availability within 6 months of your initial booking.’
"No additional fees will be applied for postponements, subject to availability. "
4. A quick note for the absent-minded... and nature lovers!
"Our tours take place outdoors, following the trails and seasons. For your comfort:
Remember to wear appropriate clothing (waterproof jacket, warm layers in winter).
Wear closed-toe, comfortable shoes (boots or hiking shoes in case of rain).
An umbrella may also be useful... but beware of the wind under the trees!
Please follow these tips to preserve the quality of the soil and your experience."
5. Eco-responsible commitment
‘By postponing rather than cancelling, you are helping to limit our carbon footprint (fewer unnecessary trips) and protect the truffle fields. Thank you very much for your understanding!’
