Slices of raw melanosporum black truffles
Ingredients for 4/5 people
- 1 truffle of about 50 to 70gr - 1 baguette of sourdough bread or Croustilot (Loti country bread) - Olive oil - Flower of salt
Utensils needed:
Slice the truffle into 1 to 2mm strips and put them to infuse in the olive oil on a plate. Cut the bread into thin slices (about 5mm) and toast it lightly.
Using tweezers, drain the truffle slices and arrange them on the bread. Sprinkle the fleur de sel on the truffle and enjoy immediately. (Recover truffle flavored olive oil to make a salad for example) |
