The black truffle is presented in strips in a glass jar. The process of sublimation of the truffle allows to keep all its characteristics, nutritional and organoleptic values. After rehydration, the truffle regains its original black colour and keeps its white veins. This product offers a superb quality and a long shelf life, which allows the black truffle to be enjoyed all year round.
Recipes and instructions for use are provided with the truffle when it is shipped.
10 grams of freeze-dried black truffles from Montcuq
This corresponds to approximately 59 grams of fresh truffles. Divide the quantities to be used by 10 on average compared to fresh truffles. Example: scrambling for 2 people 3 gr of freeze-dried truffles will be sufficient for 6 eggs.

Preparation of the product: All truffles are controlled and meet the following basic criteria:
- General appearance: Irregularly shaped, globular tuber with a black peridium and a black flesh veined with white and firm under finger pressure. Dry brushed or washed without any trace of soil. Pleasant fragrance and sufficient ripeness.
- Origin of the product: The truffles come from the farm and/or from producers in our region, Quercy Blanc, Lot and surrounding areas.
