The explanations are well provided, you will learn about the different species of truffles cultivated and consumed in France, the life cycle of the truffle, the methods of conservation, use and you will discover the cavage with a dog.
You will also appreciate the topiary art practised in certain truffle fields and you will evolve in a very hilly environment which is not without reminding the Tuscany.

The visit lasts at least 2 hours.
It is also possible to taste the black truffle of the Périgord, in which case you should allow about 45 minutes more.
